what is Multi Layered Ply?
Multi Layered Ply, or MLP, is an exciting new Australian development in engineered wood system utilising standard structural plywood to create bespoke structural timber elements. MLP is layered and pressed in specialised high-pressure presses to build up large format structural sections which can be adapted to products and building elements not currently available on the Engineered Wood Product (EWP) market.
what elements can be made with MLP?
State-of-the-art CNC machinery is utilised to cut, trim and shape pressed MLP sections into almost any shape imaginable for use in structural columns, beams and other building elements.

what finishes are possible?
MLP can be finished in a range of timber species and finishes from an extensive range of plywood products such as Radiata pine, Hoop pine, Tasmanian Oak, Birch and Poplar as well as contemporary high pressure designer laminates in standard sheet sizes.
